I am really impresse...Wow deep thinking there Cara!<br />I am really impressed with you two and all the training that you do, YES it will be hard to return to reality, you won't have all the time to do all those workouts in one day, with life there will be inturuptions. But one hour a day or what ever you can do is a lot better than nothing at all! And you have some great walking hills in your neighborhood...before or after dinner, or to the park with the kids (while they play, you play too!)...AND!!! You are a total inspiration to us here that I am sure there will be a few (myself included) that would LOVE to work out, hike or any other activity that involves pain and sweat (and FUN!) with you!
